摘要跨国公司进入东道国面临两种模式选择:并购进入和新建投资进入。本文构建了一个进入模式及其技术转移模型,说明在跨国公司追求利润最大化动机的基础上,两者之间并非简单的单调关系,而是存在多种组合情况,并由此得到了有关促进跨国公司提高技术转移水平的一些政策启示。
