铁壳电池加底偏心的解决方法

摘要 引起铁壳电池加底偏心的主要原因是铁壳结构缺陷和加工误差。通过改变加底的形状、铁壳骨架结构和电池结构 ,增加加底固定胶圈、加底与裸体电池分开入铁壳 ,有效地解决了铁壳电池加底偏心问题。结果显示 ,电池接触良好 ,电池性能达到技术要求。 Major cause of deviation of bottom added from the axis of the cell with iron can were structure imperfection of iron can and processing tolerance. The problem was effectively solved by means of improving the structure of the cell and the form of the bottom added,increasing the fixed seal of bottom added and the naked cell was inputed in the iron can separately with bottom added. The result showed that the electrical contact of cell is well and the performance of cell reached technical requirement.
