牵引用阀控式铅蓄电池连接条的防松设计

摘要 由于牵引用阀控式铅蓄电池在特殊场合使用的特殊性 ,对电池之间的连接条要求很高 ,根据“防止螺纹副工作时产生相对转动”的原理 ,对连接条的防松设计进行了研究 ,提出了一种新型防松方式 ,即用螺钉将连接条与极柱铜芯固定 ,并控制其预紧扭矩 ,然后将两螺钉和连接条变为一体 ,从而达到了防松目的 ,并通过振动实验对连接方式的可靠性、安全性进行了验证 ,实验结果表明 。 Because of the usage speciality in the special location,the requirement of the connector for tractive type VRLA battery was strictly for its special usage.Its looseness may cause the loose contract,and the worst,may cause spark and the casualty.The anti-looseness design of connector was studied in this essay,and a new kind of anti-looseness connector was put forward according to the anti-looseness principle,ie.avoid the relative turn when the whorl occur the subsidiary work.The connector and electrode terminal(copper pole) were fastened by the screw bolt and controlled its torsion,then made the two screw bolt and connector into one unit.Vibration experiment had been carried out to verify the reliability and the safety of the new battery connector.The results showed that the design was reliable.
