中国电池工业发展之战略思考

Strategic consideration on development of Chinese battery industry

中国电池工业与国外同业的产业状况表明 ,中国目前至多是一个电池生产大国 ,还远未称得上一个电池强国。中国电池工业缺乏国际竞争力的重要原因在于电池产业规模不大、技术创新能力不强、管理水平普遍落后等因素。中国电池工业应以核心能力为基础、以技术创新为源泉、以规模经济求发展的思路 ,并提出一些具体的发展战略。

That compared the status of Chinese battery industry with that of abroad battery industry showed that China is just a big battery_producing county and not a strong country at present.The key causes of Chinese battery industry absense of international compitition ability were that the battery industry scale was not big,the technology innovation ability was not strong and the general manage level was laggard.The idea that Chinese battery industry must base on the core faculty and perpetual technologe innovation,and developed on the sweeping economy stratagem was described in this essay.Some detailed developing stratagem was brought forward.
