单味溪黄草对小鼠移植性腹水型肝癌的防治效果观察

Observation of the prophylactico-therapeutic effects of single plectranthus on transplantation ascitic type of liver cancer in mice

目的探讨单味溪黄草水煎剂对小鼠移植性腹水型肝癌(H22)细胞防治效果。方法将实验小鼠除正常对照组皮下注射生理盐水外，其它各组皮下移植H22细胞后，预防组小鼠饮用溪黄草水煎剂，治疗组小鼠4d后待有肿物形成时饮服溪黄草水煎剂．以观察小鼠生瘤率、死亡率、瘤体重量及淋巴和肺组织转移情况。结果实验各组除正常对照组外小鼠生瘤率100．0％，预防和治疗组的瘤重和死亡率与模型对照组比较均有增加，肺转移明显，但未见淋巴转移。结论单味溪黄草水煎剂不能抑制H22细胞生长，对经血循环转移至肺有激发加强作用。
