经纤支镜微波治疗中心型支气管肺癌

Treatment of central type bronchogenic pulmonary carcinoma with microwave therapy through fibrobronchoscope

目的探讨经纤支镜微波治疗中心型支气管肺癌的疗效。方法经纤支镜对44例中心型肺癌进行微波治疗，并与治疗前比较，以观察其疗效。结果完全缓解者24例(占54．6％)，部分缓解者14例(占31．8％)，总有效率为86．4％；阻塞性肺炎得到控制者36例(占81．8％)，症状和体征均有不同程度缓解。结论经纤支镜微波治疗中心型支气管肺癌是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective To study the therapeutic effects of microwave therapy through fibrobronchoscope on central type bronchogenic pulmonary carcinoma.Methods 44 cases with central type bronchogenic pulmonary carcinoma were treated with microwave therapy through fibrobronchoscope and observed the effects in comparison with pre-treatment.Results There was complete relief in 24 cases(54.6 %),partly relief in 14 cases(31.8 %)and the total effective rate was 86.4 %.Obstructive pneumonia was controlled in 36 cases(81...
