不均匀恒磁场对小鼠急性低压缺氧大脑皮质神经元超微结构的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨不均匀恒磁场对急性低压缺氧大脑皮质神经元超微结构的影响。方法将20只小鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、磁场N极组和磁场S极组,除对照组外均在急性低压缺氧30min后,立即断头处死,取脑额叶部位皮质,制成电镜标本,观察各组小鼠大脑皮质神经元超微结构的改变。结果不均匀恒磁场可缓解因缺氧而导致的小鼠大脑皮质神经元胞核变形、核膜不光滑及细胞器数量减少等现象。结论不均匀恒磁场可改善低压缺氧造成的大脑皮质神经元损伤,并具有一定的保护作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of non-uniform-permanent magnetic field on the ultrastructure in neurons of cerebral cortex.Methods 20 mice were divided into the control group,model group,magnetic field pole N group and magnetic field pole S group.After 30-min hypobaric hypoxia,mice in each group except the control group were killed at once,and cerebral cortex of frontal lobe was taken and then was prepared as samples.Changes of ultrastructure in neurons of cerebral cortex in each group were observed...
