摘要
城建档案信息资源以其开发利用和丰富补充的循环式互动关系，实现其由信息物化再转化出新信息的过程。文章旨在揭示这一过程的现实可能性及其方法与手段。
This paper aims at revealing the realistic feasibity as well as the means and methods of the process by which the data containded in the archives for urban construction can be materialized and then converted again into new data resulting from the cycle interac- tions in respect of the exploitation and complementation of the data sources from the urban constrution archives.
