摘要 目的:旨在研究急性肺损伤(ALI)时H2受体阻滞剂对某些体液免疫功能的影响。方法:以油酸制作小白鼠ALI模型,观察地塞米松、肝素、西米替丁对其作用。结果:ALI早期H2受体阻滞剂对肺系数、补体及免疫球蛋白均无影响。结论:ALI早期H2受体阻滞剂对防治ALI及体液免疫无明显作用。 Objective: To explore the effect of H2 receptor obstruction on humoral immuni-ty in acute lung injury(ALI) Methods: Preparing the AU models of mice with oleic acid, we observed the effect of dexamethasone, heparin and cimetidine on them. Results: In early ALI, H2 receptor obstruction had no effect on lung quotient, complement and immunoglobulin. Con-clusion In early AU, H2 receptor obstruction has no significant effect on humoral immunity and prevention of lung injury.
