蚂蚁水提取物对小鼠免疫功能的影响

Influence of ant extract on immune function in mouse

目的：探讨蚂蚁水提取液对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法：将小鼠分为3组，分别灌胃给蚂蚁水提取液、人参液和生理盐水，连续7d后测定小鼠T、B淋巴细胞增殖和Ⅱ，1、2、3活性。结果：与对照组比较蚁液及人参液均能使小鼠T、B淋巴细胞增殖(P<0．01)，增加Ⅱ，1、2、3活性(P<0．01)。结论：蚂蚁水提取液和人参液对小鼠免疫功能具有促进作用。

Objective:To explore the influence of ant extract on immune function in mouse.Methods:Mice were divided into 3 groups and were respectively given ant extract,ginseng soup and normal saline by stomach perfusion.After 7 days,we detected T,B lymphocyte multiplication and IL 1,2,3 activity.Results:In comparison with the control group,both ant extract and ginseng soup can promote T?B lymphocyte multiplication( P <0.01)and IL 1,2,3 activity(P<0.01).Conclusion:Ant extract and ginseng can promote immune functi...
