摘要
目的:应用水杨酸醇溶液折光分析法探讨不同温度、不同浓度范围内的F值。方法:运用折光分析法测定水杨酸醇溶液中水杨酸含量。结果:水杨酸醇溶液在10~30℃下,浓度5%~20%溶液回收率好、数据可靠,与酸碱滴定法结果相符,其醇溶液的F值在一定范围内比较稳定。结论:使用折光分析法测定稳定的有机溶媒中溶质的含量是一种可靠的分析方法。
Objective:To research F value in solution of salicylic acid and alcohol under different temperature and concentration by dioptre analysis.Methods:The content of salicylic acid was detected in the solution by dioptre analysis.Results:Under the temperature ranging from 10 ℃ to 30 ℃,solution with 5 %~20 % concentration had a high rate of recovery with dependable data while its result conformed to that of acid base titration.In a certain range its F value of alcohol solution is stable.Conclusion:It is ...
