以电子级金红石型二氧化钛 ,硝酸钡为原料 ,氨水、二氧化碳为沉淀剂 ,在悬浊液体系中可以合成出PTCR热敏陶瓷用钛酸钡。制得的钛酸钡粉体为四方型 ;纯度≥ 99.5 % ;钛钡比 =0 .996 ;有害杂质含量小于 10
Barium titanate which will be used in PTCR were prepared in chaotic liquid, TiO 2 in rutile mould and Ba(NO 3) 2 were used as starting material ;NH 3 CO 2 were used as mixed precipitator. With this technology,we can synthesis powder of Barium titanate,which structure is square, the purity≥99.5%;Ti/Ba(molar/molar)=0.996;each of undesirable imparities such as Mg 2+ ,Fe 3+ is less than 100ppm.
