卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察

Curative Effects of Cavedilol on Chronic Heart Failure

目的:现察卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:将78例患者随机分为A、B两组,A组在常规治疗的基础上给予卡维地洛10mg,每天2次;B组采用内科常规治疗。用药1个月观察心功能各项指标。结果:A组心功能改善总有效率 92.5％,B组总有效率 74.4％,两者相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);超声心动图示左室舒张末期内径A组较B组明显缩小(P<0.05),左空射血分数有显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭能明显改善心功能。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of Cavedilol on chronic heard failure. Methods: 78 cases of Cavedilol were classified into the treatment group treated with Cavedilol, 10 mg eachtime, twice a day, and the contrast group treated with routine therapy, and both groups were treated for one month to ob- serve the cardiac indexes. Results: The total effective rates of the treatment group and the contrast group were 92.5 % and 74.4 % respectively ( P < 0.05). The echocardiograms showed that diameters in the left ventricular diastolic period became much smaller and the left ventricular eejction fraction improved more in the treatment group than in the contrast group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cavedilol can be used to effectively improve the cardiac functions in treating chronic heart failure.
