对 MEOR国内外研究现状、方法、菌种和营养液配制、油藏筛选标准、作用机理及矿场应用等基本理论进行了论述 .在微生物驱、聚合物驱、碱 \表面活性剂 \聚合物三元复合驱等三次采油技术对比的基础上 ,阐明了 MEOR的良好发展前景 .

This paper mainly presents the situation of MEOR in both the home and abroad, MEOR methods, microorganisms and cultures used, criteria for reservoir selection, MEOR mechanisms, field trials and its advantages & disadvantages. Compared with other tertiary recovery methods such as polymer waterflooding and alkali\ surfactant\ polymer complex waterflooding, MEOR is a potential method in enhanced oil recovery in petroleum industry.
