摘要
实验选择健康小白鼠52只,体重(20±0.8)g,适应5d后,随机分为4组,每组13只,实验56d。定期剖杀检查,结果表明:I和II组小白鼠有轻度中毒表现,II组与III组RBC差异显者(P<0.05),HB呈下降趋势,组间比较差异均不显著(P>0.05),II组与III组WBC差异显著(P<0.05),I组ANAE+阳性率略高于IV组,II组ANAE+阳性率持续下降,6周后与I组差异显著(P<0.05),硫与钼存在剂量效应关系。
52 healthy little white mouse,average-weight of (20±0.8) grams,are randomly classified into four groups after being fed for 5 days with the same base ration,and respectively supplemented different molybdenum(Na_2MoO_4·2H_2O)and sulphur(Na_2SO_4)in drinking: Ⅰl00mg/L(Mo),Ⅱl00mg/L(Mo)+16.7mg/L(S),Ⅲ16.7mg/L(S),Ⅳas control,lasting for 56 days.After they are slaughtered periodically,the results show that white blood cell(WBC) of both Ⅰand Ⅱ is significant higher than Ⅲ's(P<0.05);ANAE+ of groupⅠis little higher than that of group IV;ANAE+ of Ⅱdeclines steadily,but it is significant higher than that of group I(P<0.05)after six weeks.It is suggested that molybdenum and sulphur have dose-effect relationship.
