摘要
详细分析了影响CCD工作频率的因素,提出了一种简易CCD驱动器以及一种有效的、CCD处于低工作频率下,利用中速A/D与单片机实现的CCD数据采集系统。经在激光衍射法微孔径测量系统的实际应用,收到满意效果。
The factors which have inffluence on the CCD time clock are fully analysed in this paper. With the aid of the middle rate A/D and single-chip microcomputer, a simple CCD driver and an effective data acpuision system are put forward. which are pplied to the measurement system of micro hole by means of laser diffraction. And the result is satisfactory.
