摘要
构建企业文化建设评价模型有助于进行企业文化建设水平、结构、作用的分析和评价.在企业文化建设评价指标体系基础上,通过对各个评价主体、影响各评价因子权重的因素进行分析,突出了重要指标在企业文化建设评价中的地位.同时,运用格栅获取法和模糊Borda数分析法,确定了企业文化建设二级评价指标和三级评价指标的权重;用直接赋权法确定了企业文化建设四级评价指标的权重.运用该模型对具体企业进行企业文化建设评价,就能够清楚地指出建设企业文化的重点因素及其基本对策和具体措施.
To set up an evaluation model for corporate culture construction,it is beneficial to analyze and evaluate the level, structure and function of the corporate culture construction.In light of this,a thorough analysis was done that showed the importance of establishing an index system for corporate culture construction evaluation.At the same time, using the repertory grid and the fuzzy Borda ,the weight of a second and third class evaluation index of the corporate culture construction was obtained.Using the direct assignation method ,the weight of a four class evaluation index of the corporate culture construction was also obtained.Using this model to evaluate the corporate culture construction of an enterprise,one can clearly point out the key factors,basic countermeasures and concrete measures an enterprise needs to construct its corporate culture.
