全球化时代的到来,引发了文化间的矛盾与冲突。在文化发展中,处理好文化的普遍价值与个性发展的关系至关重要。文化普遍价值作为人类文化的理想维度,维护着人类整体的发展与进步,而民族文化个性是世界文化生动性的核心要素。在文化重建中,应立足于理性与价值的二重视野,实现文化普遍价值与个性发展的统一,确保文化的健康发展。

The contradiction and confliction among cultures have been initiated for the coming of globalization age. It is very important to handle the relationship between the universal value and individuality of culture in the cultural development. As an ideal dimension of human culture, the universal value of culture upholds the development and progress of human as a whole. The individuality of national culture is a core element of world's cultural vivification. In the cultural reconstruction, it is based on the dual vision about reasons and values to realize a unity between the universal value and individuality of culture and to ensure the healthy development of culture.
