摘要
介绍了一种新研究设计的三向力传感器。置于分布磁场中的五个霍尔元件,将空间力通过弹性敏感元件转换成位移后,获得的霍尔电势进行运算,得到三向力所对应的三个电压输出。然后送进微机进行线性校准、动态补偿和降低向间干扰等方面的处理,使之具有良好的测量特性。
This paper gives a new kind of 3-D forces transduser. It uses five linear HOLL cells as the sensing parts in the transduser. An elastic sensitive part designed can ingeniously transfer a space force into some displacements. When a space force acts on the transduser, the Holl cells will produce relevat displacements betwen each pair of magnetic poles. Then the amplifers calculate the HOLL potential differences and output three voltages about 3-D forces. These voltages will be inputed a computer to do linearizing calculation and dynamic compensation. Thus,the interferences among 3-D forces will be reduced and the transduser' s measuring characteristic can be much better than general sensor.
