摘要
本文从研究企业活力的定义与度量,影响企业活力因素的层次分析等方面入手,对激励职工、企业的积极性问题进行了创新性探索。本文的意义在于三层机制模式的提出,特别是企业内外部机制交互作用的模式和领导者——职工行为模式对深化企业活力研究有一定的理论和实际意义。
This article makes a creative exploration of how to motivate employees and enterprises by studying the definition and measurement of the vitality of enterprises and by analysing the factors that affect the vitality of an enterprise. The significance of this article lies in the proposition of the three-level machanism models, especially the proposition of the model of the model of interplaying of the inner and exterior machanisms of an enterprise and the model of behavior of managers and employees, which are of great significance theoretically and practically in the further study of enterprises vitality.
