几种饲料对石磺的暂养效果及其消化率的初步研究 被引量:24

摘要 用6种饲料喂养石磺,比较其生长、存活状况,从而找到人工饲养石磺的适宜饲料;利用Cr2O3湿式灰化定量法,测定了石磺对3种植物性饲料的消化率。试验结果表明,动物性饲料易败坏水质,饲养效果不佳;石磺喜食植物性饲料;饲料效果以玉米粉最好,依次为玉米粉>菜粕>豆粕>次粉>酵母>鱼粉。测定石磺对玉米粉、菜粕和次粉3种植物性饲料的平均消化率分别为21.680%,14.262%,4.871%。玉米粉喂养石磺的效果较好,实验室内能完成石磺的交配、产卵和二次交配、二次产卵等全过程;日饲料投喂比例为体重的1%~5%。 Six types of diets (corn flour, repseed meal-solvent, soybean meal-solvent, wheat middling, yeast and fish meal ) were tested to compare their feeding effects on the survival rate and growth of sea-slug Onchidium sp. in this study. The absorption rates of 3 diets were also determined using the hydrated Cr2O3 cineration quantitative method. The objective of this study was to find a most suitable diets for the future aquaculture of sea-slug. The results showed that the feeding effect of animal diets was poor, which would cause the deterioration of water quality readily. It was proved that the sea-slug preferred to herbivorous diets, with a preference order to the six feeds as corn flour>repseed meal-solvent>soybean meal-solvent>wheat middling>yeast>fish meal. The mean absorption rates of the sea slug on the 3 diets of corn flour, repseed meal-solvent and wheat middling were 21.680%, (14.262)% and 4.871% respectively. It was also found that the corn flour yielded the best feeding effects, which enabled the sea-slug to complete its reproductive behavior such as mating, egg laying and re-mating, re-egg-laying etc. under laboratory condition, with a daily ration of 1% to 5% of their body weight.
