Sinus Pericranii: 1 case report and literature review

目的总结颅骨骨膜窦的诊治。方法报道右额顶部颅骨骨膜窦1例,并结合国内外相关文献,讨论其发病机制、临床表现及诊治原则。结果颅骨骨膜窦的发生原因可分为先天性和获得性两种,后者主要为外伤性,偶有自发性的报道。本例病人为外伤后形成,呈哑铃状生长,病变通过板障静脉与上矢状窦沟通。结论颅骨骨膜窦是一种罕见的血管畸形病变,熟悉其病因、临床表现等有助于其诊治。

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of Sinus pericranii. Methods One case of Sinus pericranii was reported, and related literatures were review. The etiology, clinical characteristics, diagnostic and treatment therapeutic principles were discussed. Results Sinus pericranii is characterized by a congenital or acquired epicranial blood-filled nodule of the scalp that is in communication with an intracranial dural sinus through dilated diploic veins of the skull. Acquired sinus pericranii may be spontaneous and traumatic and the latter is predominantly seen. Presented is a case of dumbbell-like sinus pericranii at the frontal-parietal region, which was drained into the superior sagittal sinus by diploic veins. Conclusion Sinus pericranii is a rare vascular anomaly, know well of its pathogenesis, clinical situation and diagnosis criterion is helpful for the diagnosis and treatment.
