摘要
商业交际礼仪,是商业文化的一个组成部分。欲透彻地研究经济管理和营销活动,对与之相关的文化和人际间相互关系的探究是十分必要的。基于这一点,本文就商业交际礼仪的特点、功能、习得和施行等问题进行了较为详尽的阐述和探讨,并提出商务工作者培养应加强“礼仪意识”的。
The etiquette of social intercourses in business is an important part of the commercial civilization. To make a thorough study of the economic management and sales promotion, it is necessary to look into the culture and relarionship among people concerning communication etiquette. To this point,this article deals with in detail the features and functions of the communication etiquette in business,the gaining of it in practice and its carrying out and so on. It is pointed out that the etiquette consciousness of commercial workers sheould be cultivated and strengthened.
