摘要
本文论述了商品质量是市场竞争的焦点,世界各国为了发展本国的经济,相继制定了各自的质量战略,以前所未有的决心提高商品质量;由于质量管理的天地不断拓展,质量已经进入了人类社会的所有领域,对社会群体关于质量的思维和行为进行研究,将导致质量文化的形成。质量文化的研究是一个新课题,它标志着人类的质量管理活动发展到了一个新阶段。
This article states the quality of commodity is the focus of the market competition. To develop their own economies,many countries in the world make their own quality strategies. They are determined to improve the quality of commodity. As the ranges of the quality management are spreading out continuously, the quality has come into all kinds of fields of human society. The study of the public' s thinking and acting will lead to the formation of the quality culture. The study of the quality culture is still a new subject. It shows that the activities of human quality management have developed into a new stage.
