经皮穿刺动脉导管栓闭术

Percutaneous Transluminal Plug Closure of patent Ductus Arteriosus

本文报道我科为8例动脉导管未闭患者行经皮穿刺动脉导管栓闭术,年龄8～40岁,均获成功,无并发症。随访6～20个月,临床表现及辅助检查均明显改善,无异位栓塞等远期并发症。球囊导管探测动脉导管栓闭术较安全、简便、易于临床推广应用。

Percutanous transtuminal plugging of patent ductus arteriousus(PDA)were per-formed in 8 patients aged from 8 to 40 years.Successful occlusion was achieved inall the cases without any complications.Sustained improved was observed in both clinical findings and laboratory para-meters during the follow-up at 6 to 20 months.No incidence of plug displacement orother complication was noted.It was believed that the way of ballon exploration made the plugging of PDAsafer,simpler and easier to be popularized.
