摘要
本文分析24例小脑桥脑角肿瘤(CPAT)的BAEP结果,诊断阳性率为100%。BAEP 的异常形式有:病侧各波缺失;主波显示不全以Ⅲ、Ⅴ波为甚;波潜伏期延长以Ⅴ波明显,且Ⅰ-VIPL 及 VILD、Ⅰ-VILD 都是重要指标。并探讨了有关Ⅲ-V/Ⅰ-Ⅲ IPL 比值的诊断意义。
The results of b(?)ainstem auditory evoked potentials(BAEP)from 24 patients withcerebello-pontine angle tumor(CPAT)were analyzed,The rate of definite diagnosis inthis series was 100%,The main abnormalities of BAEP were:all the waves of BAEPsdiasappared in the ipsilateral side of the lesion;the principal waves especially wavesⅢ and Ⅴ ware in complete;an obvious prolongation of peak latency(PL)of wave Vcould also be observed and inter-peak latency(IPL)in wave Ⅰ-Ⅴ and ILD in wave Vand ILD in wave Ⅰ-Ⅴ all were important valuable indices.The diagnositic significanceof wave Ⅲ-Ⅴ/Ⅰ-Ⅲ was evaluated.
