摘要
通过对35个人类染色体 G 显带核型质量的主观印象分数(SS),染色体总长度(T_L)、总宽度(T_W)、长宽比(T_(L/W))和总带纹数(Tg)的回归分析,表明:1.Tg 与 T_L、T_(L/W)呈线性正相关,与 T_W 呈线性负相关(P<0.01)。2.在 T_L,T_W,T_(L/W) 三因素中, Tg 与T_L 关系最密切(P<0.01)。3.在24种染色体长度中,Tg 与4号染色体长度(L_4)关系最密切,其回归方程为 (?)=54.402L_4-87.350(P<0.01)。4.当 T_L 在130~230nm 即 T_g 在300~800条带之间时,核型质量适于临床分析。据此,本文建立一种根据4号染色体长度分析人类染色体G 显带核型质量的方法。
By correlation analysis of the subjective impressive score(SS)of 35 karyotypesand their chromosomal total length(T_L),width(Tw),ratio length to width(T_L/w)and G banding number(Tg),we found that:1.Tg was positive linearly correlatedwith T_L,T_L/w,and negative linearly correlated with Tw(P<0.01);2.Among the T_L,Tw,T_L/w factors,Tg was the closest to T_L(P<0.01);3.In 24 type lengths of chro-mosome,Tg was the closest to the 4-chromosome length(L4),the regression equationwas ■=54.40158 L4-87.34976(P<0.01);4.When T_L was in 130~230nm,or Tg in 300~800 bands,the quality of karyotype could meet the clinical analysis.Thus a methodfor appreciation of the quality of human chromosome G banding karyotype by L4was suggested.
