饮食习惯与血清脂蛋白组分胆固醇水平相关关系的研究

Influence of Dietary Habits on Serum Lipoproteins Cholesterol and its Subcomponent Concentration in Healthy Subjects

摘要 饮食习惯对健康人血清脂蛋白组分胆固醇水平有明显影响。经过对1393名健康人的观察研究表明,低盐饮食、少量饮酒、经常吃醋、吃动植物混合油可提高 HDL-C、HDL_2-C、HDL_3-C、HDL_2-C/HDL_3-C 水平,降低 LDL-C、VLDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C 的水平,而饮茶及经常吃肉与否对 HDL-C 等7项指标水平无明显影响。 Thirteen hundred and ninety three healthy adult subjects were investigated,anda conclusion was drawn that dietary habits had influence on serum lipoproteins cho-lesterol and its subcomponent concentration.Levels of HDL-C,HDL_2-C,HDL_3-C andHDL_2-C/HDL_3-C of subjects with low-salt diet,moderate drinking and with ediblevinegar and mixed oil were obviously higher than those of subjects without thosedieatary habits.Levels of LDL-C,VLDL-C and LDL-C/HDL-C of the former subjectswere obviously lower than those of the latter ones.Drinking tea and eating meatregularly had no influence on the serum lipoproteins cholesterol and its subcomponentconcentration.
