雌激素对原代人胎成骨细胞增殖与功能的影响

摘要
雌激素对骨代谢有重要作用,约25%妇女在绝经后迅速出现骨质疏松。骨质丢失以小梁骨为主,在其进展阶段表现为成骨细胞(osteoblast,OB)的数量和活性下降。现已广泛应用雌激素预防和治疗此种骨代谢紊乱,但作用机制尚不清楚。
