卡马西平治疗不安腿综合征76例分析

Analysis of Results of Treatment on 76 Cases of Restless Leg Syndrome

通过76例RLS试用CBZ治疗,对治疗前后及不同剂量CBZ的疗效分别进行观察统计,显示:应用CBZ 后疗效有非常显著提高P<0.01。增加剂量可明显提高 RLS 的治疗显效率;轻型P<0.05,重型P<0.01。提示 CBZ 对 RLS 的疗效是肯定的。增加剂量可明显提高治疗的显效率,尤以重型病例为著。并对 RLS 延诊及误诊原因、药物治疗机理进行分析探讨。

Carbamazepine(CBZ)was administered to 76 cases of restless leg syndrome(RLS),conditions of the patients before and after using different doses of CBZ and the resultsof treatment were analysed.The analysis showed that the conditions were markedlyimproved as comparing with the base conditions(P<0.01).The effect of CBZ wasdose-dependent(for light cases P<0.05,for serious cases P<0.01).Those findingsconfirmed the usefulness of CBZ in the treatment of RLS,especially in serious cases.This paper also discussed the reason for delayed and misdiagnosed cases of RLS andthe therapeutic mechanism of CBZ.
