碱性成纤维细胞生长因子研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroast growth factor,bFGF)是成纤维生长因子家族中的一员,它广泛存在于来源于中胚层及神经外胚层的细胞及多种肿瘤细胞中,对这些细胞有促增殖分化功能,并参与了胚胎发育、血管生成、损伤修复、神经再生、肿瘤生长等多项生理及病理过程.80年代初期发现bFGF与肝素有特异性亲和力,据此特性引入肝素-琼脂糖亲和层析提纯bFGF,使提纯效果大为提高,可得到纯度达90%以上的bFGF.自从bFGF被提纯以后,有关bFCF的研究发展很快,最近几年随着生物工程技术的发展,已能大批量生产重组人bFGF,故有关bFCF的研究已开始向临床应用发展.
