The electron-positron annihilation process around binary systems, typically the Cygnus X-3, was investigated in detail. The Monte Carlo calculation predicts an existance of a 511 KeV annihilation line from the binary system. Its intensity and width depend on the electron density, size and temperature of X-ray photons arcund a binary system. The line profile is quite different from that emitted from the galactic enrter.
