利用变性淀粉微胶囊化微藻单细胞DHA油脂的研究

摘要
二十二碳六烯酸属n—3系多不饱和脂肪酸,是人大脑组织以及视网膜的重要组成成分,对促进胎儿以及婴幼儿的智力和视力正常发育有着重要的作用。许多发达国家都已在孕妇、哺乳母亲以及婴幼儿配方食品中添加DHA,我国从2000年开始批准DHA作为营养强化剂应用于婴幼儿以及学龄前儿童的配方食品中,并制定了相应的添加标准。
