摘要
目的 :对本市新建桶装纯净水生产建设项目进行卫生学评价 ,为卫生行政部门卫生审核提供技术依据。方法 :依照卫生学评价通则对项目场所进行卫生学调查 ,竣工资料卫生工程分析和灌装间洁净度、成品水样的微生物指标检测等进行卫生学评价。结果 :5家桶装纯净水生产车间的选址与建筑物、车间布局与设备布置、生产工艺、水处理技术、消毒等设施布置基本符合卫生要求 :5个灌装间尘粒数、浮游菌含量在标准范围内 ,但辅助卫生设施设置不合理 ,2 0 %成品水样微生物指标不合格。结论 :5家桶装纯净水生产场所食品卫生控制设施配置基本合理 ,但仍存在卫生问题 ,应进一步改进。
Objective:Proceeding hygienics evaluation for the new producted items of bottled puified water in order to provide the technique for hygienics examines by Hygienics Administrative Dept.Methods:To investigate the item places by hygienics evaluation,proceeding hygienics evaluation for the engineer analysis of completed data the clean degree of bottle packs and micro-organism index sign examination in finished producting water.Results:5 produce cars addresses and buildings of bottled purified water equipment and car distributes, producing craft,the water handles tehnique disinfectant establishment are basic to meet the hygienics standard;particles of 5 bottled packs,Plankton's content are in the standard.but the assistance facilities are not reasonable, about 20% micro-organism index sign in finished producting water is over the standard.Conclusion:The food hygienics control equipment installs in 5 produce cars of bottled purified water are reasonable but the hygienics problems still have existed to be improved.
