规划充分利用区段自然及人文景观?着重在功能区段划分、街景特色、风貌规划、景观构架、公共空间环境、重要拆迁地块等方面进行详尽设计和研究,力求经一路(历城段)成为新世纪济南市城市形象的"窗口"。

Taking the full advantage of the natural and humanities landscape, the project puts great emphasis on the partition of functional sections,characteristic appearance of the street, landscape truss of the street,environment design of the street public space,plan design of the important plots, reforming of importance reserved buildings,figure design of the new buildings,trying to make the street (Licheng section) becoming 'window ' of Ji'nan city image in the new century.
