摘要
的 探索旨在恢复上睑正常解剖结构及机能状态的手术方法 ,力求术后效果完美自然。方法 采用眶隔筋膜重叠缝合或眶隔膜悬垂缘切除的方法 ,使松弛悬垂的眶隔膜重获紧绷状态。同时常规将松弛的外眦韧带折叠收紧 ,缝合在略高于睑裂水平线的眶缘骨膜上 ,有效地矫正了外眦角的下垂畸形。结果 本组患者 12 6 9例 ,10 87例随访 3个月至 3年 ,效果满意。结论 以上措施重建了上睑眶隔膜的张力 ,恢复了眼睑的生理位置及眶周组织的张力与弹性 ,针对性地矫正了松垂睑各层次退行性病变 ,美容效果良好且持久。
Objective To detect a method for correcting blepharochalasis by recovering anatomic structure and function of the eyelid. Methods The palpebral fascia was folded or resected, the excessive tissue around orbita was deleted and lateral canthus ligament was elevated and fixed on the periosteum of the orbita. Results In 1?269 cases, 1?087 cases were followed up, the outcome was satisfied. Conclusion This method can correct the degenerative lesion of the blepharochalasis, and the firm and lasting aesthetic effect can be obtained.
