城乡居民收入差距与工业化进程相伴而生,其对社会政治、经济发展的正负效应应从一国经济建设的实际出发予以辨证探讨。我国城乡居民收入差距的不断扩大,已使其负面效应居于矛盾的主要方面。在中国社会主义初级阶段的特殊国情下,辨证科学地认识城乡居民收入差距是建立合理的城乡居民收入运行机制、制定合理的调节政策的基础。

The income gap between the town and the city is companied by the process of the industrialization. According to the reality of a country’s economic contribution, we should discuss its positive and negative effects on the development of social economy and politics. In China the income gap between the town and the city is now becoming larger and larger, and its negative effects gradually become the major part of the conflicts. Under the special situation of the primary statement of socialism, it is a base to think of the income gap between the town and the city dialectically and scientifically, so that we establish a more reasonable function of the citizen income and set up a reasonable adjust politics.
