摘要 第四代无线通信系统(4G)必须能够实现与互联网的信息交互,这就需要利用通信协议来实现4G系统与其他通信系统间的互连互通。但是,现有的通信协议是基于OSI标准的,其协议栈按照严格的分层方式工作,很难适应快速变化的无线通信环境,这就使得现有的通信协议无法在4G系统内有效地工作。因此,以跨层反馈的方法对现有的协议栈进行改进将有助于提高4G系统的性能,使其能够适应多种业务的需求。对跨层反馈机制的原理进行了详细的阐述和总结。 G system should interoperate with Internet, thus protocol stack is needed to allow 4G to interworking with other communication systems. However, the existing protocol stack based on OSI standard adopts strict layered working mode, which makes it difficult to adapt the wireless communication environment with constant changes and to efficiently function in 4G. Therefore the exiting protocol stack improved by cross-layer feedback will be helpful to promote the performance of 4G. The principle of cross-layer feedback mechanism is presented and summarized here.
