摘要
CRM是从经营理念、组织架构、信息化、绩效等方面对企业进行的变革 ,它的引入直接影响了企业的经营运作 ,涉及了企业的流程再造。文章探讨了CRM与企业流程再造的相关问题 。
CRM is the reform of enterprises in management theory, institutional framework , informationization and performance, whose introduction directly influences the management of enterprises and involves the reprocess of enterprise's procedure. This article has discussed the problems in the reprocess of enterprise's procedure, to give some references for China's enterprises to carry out CRM.
