摘要
现代化通讯工具的迅猛发展 ,对电信服务部门的管理提出有力挑战。文章针对呼叫人工服务管理问题进行研究 ,综合以往各类统计数据和图表 ,分析其中规律并对未来进行预测 。
The rapid development of modern communication tools has greatly challenged the management of telecommunication service departments. This article has analyzed various statistics and charts in the past and drawn some laws, on which a prediction of the future has been made, thus the optimization of system management, by researching into the problems in the service management of manual operation in calling.
