有机场效应管在晶体电光调制中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 利用以肽菁铜为半导体层的有机场效应晶体管构成一个反向放大电路作为电光调制器的调制电路,测试了其对光信号的调制效果.实验结果表明,有机场效应管在低频下可实现放大功能,为电光晶体提供驱动和调制电压,并实现了对激光信号的调制.根据实验结果,对该场效应管的性能进行了分析. We fabricated a reverse amplification circuit as the modulation circuit of electro-optical modulator (using) an organic field-effect transistors(OFET), whose active material is CuPc, and measured the modulation results of the light signal. The experimental results show that at the low-frequency, OFET can realize the (amplification) function. It can supply drive and modulation voltage to electro-optical crystal, hence realizing the modulation of the laser light. At the same time, we analyze the characteristic of OFET by the experimental (results).
