柱前衍生/气相色谱-质谱法同时测定水中壬基酚和邻苯二甲酸酯 被引量:34

Simultaneous Determination of Nonylphenols and Phthalates in Water by Pre-column Derivatization and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘要 在采用OasisHLB固相萃取柱富集水中壬基酚和邻苯二甲酸酯的基础上 ,利用壬基酚与N,O_双 (三甲基硅烷基 )三氟乙酰胺 (BSTFA)之间的衍生化反应 ,发展了气相色谱 -质谱同时测定水中壬基酚和邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的方法 ,能够准确测定11种壬基酚同分异构体及4种邻苯二甲酸酯 ,回收率达到78.9 %±24.5 % ;具有较高的灵敏度 ,方法检出限达到(1.9~5.5)×10-4μg/L;并且具有很好的重现性和精密度。 Apre-columnderivatizationtechnique forsimultaneous GC-MSanalysis ofnonylphenols and phthaˉlates in water was developed.Water samples were preconcentrated with Oasis HLB cartridges and then subˉject to dehydration.The analytes were derivatized with derivatizing reagent bis(trimethylsilyl)trifluoroacˉetamide(BSTFA).Eleven isomers of nonylphenols and four phthalates were determined with accuracy using this method,and no significant interference was observed.Recoveries of nonylphenols and phthalates were78.9%±24.5%for spiking experiments,and the method detection limits(MDLs)for the target compounds were in the range of(1.9~5.5)×10 -4 μg/L.The reproducibility and precision of the method were also exˉcellent.The method was applied successfully to the measurements of nonylphenols and phthalates in wastewaˉter sampled from a sewage treatment plant in Beijing.
