Determination of Complexing Rate of Ginkgo-phospholipid Complex by HPLC

为制定银杏磷脂复合物的制备工艺的评价标准 ,以高效液相色谱法测定复合物中黄酮醇苷的含量 ,计算复合率 ,以此为评估标准 ,用正交设计试验优化了制备工艺 ,确定了高效液相色谱法测定复合物复合率的方法 。

A guideline for the technological preparation of ginkgo phospholipid-complex(GPC)was estabˉlished.It was based on the complexing rate of GPC calculated from the ratio of the content of flavonal in GPC.The orthogonal design was used for the optimization of the technological process.The Ginkgolides in GPC were also identified.
