摘要 对输油管线穿孔事故进行了调查,对穿孔的输油管线的材质(材料成分和金相组织)和腐蚀产物进行了分析。认为引起管道腐蚀穿孔的主要原因是CO2和氧腐蚀,而管道内表面制造缺陷诱发的垢物沉积则对腐蚀穿孔起加速作用。 An investigation was made into a puncture of oil pipeline and an analysis was made of the texture (components and metallographic structure of the material) and corrosion products of the punched linepipe. It was concluded that CO2 and oxygen corrosion were chiefly responsible for the puncture and that the deposited dirt on the internal surface of the pipe incurred by manufactural defects had accelerated the corrosion puncture.
