摘要
山东电视台在全国省级电视台第一个建立了广告监审管理制度,并成功研制开发了《电视广告计算机监审管理系统》。该系统2004年5月获得国家广播电影电视总局科技创新二等奖。本文全面论述了该系统的研制与应用,具有较高的理论和应用价值。
The examination and management of TV ads are new problems for TV media. Using no ready experience and technologies for reference, Shandong Television has independently developed a computer examination and management system for TV ads, which has played an important role in a normalized, institutionalized and scientific management of TV ads and won the second SARFT scientific and technological innovation award for 2003. There are introduced the development and application of this system.
