射频治疗颅内肿瘤继发三叉神经痛的临床分析

Clinical analysis of radiofrequency treatment of trigeminal neuralgia secondary to intracranial tumors

目的:探讨对肿瘤继发性三叉神经痛患者射频治疗的可行性。方法:对4例继发于肿瘤的三叉神经痛患者在CT定位下进行射频治疗,并对术后疗效进行评价。结果:4例继发性三叉神经痛患者经CT定位下行射频治疗后,疼痛均消失,且无明显并发症发生和肿瘤扩散。结论:对继发性三叉神经痛患者进行射频治疗,可取得良好的疗效。对各种原因及无法开颅手术的继发性三叉神经痛患者,可以行射频治疗。

PURPOSE: To analyse the feasibility of radiofrequency treatment in patients with secondary trigeminal neuralgia caused by tumor. METHODS: 4 cases of secondary trigeminal neuralgia were treated by RFT under CT positioning . Therapeutic effect was evaluated after procedure. RESULTS: 4 cases achieved a favorable effect. Pains disappeared after RFT under CT positioning . No complication and tumor spread were found. CONCLUSION: High relief of pain can be obtained in management of secondary trigeminal neuralgia by RFT. As these kinds of patients can not be cured by craniotomy, it is possible to treat the secondary trigeminal neuralgia by RFT.
