Vindoline and catharanthine from the cultures from multiple shoots of C. roseus are separated by thin—layer chromatography (TLC). Adsorbent, solvent systems and their influences on the-R_f values of both vindoline and catharanthine are discussed. R_f values for vindoline and catharanthine in different adsorbents, solvent systems are given.
