摘要 目的  探讨口服乳酸菌素能否上调心肌细胞HSP70 的表达和增强心肌保护作用。 方法  紫绀型先天性心脏病人 2 6例 ,随机分为安慰剂组 (A组 )和乳酸菌素片组 (B组 )。于阻断主动脉前、缺血 2 0min、再灌注 2 0min ,取右房心肌标本分别行免疫组化法检测HSP70 的含量及化学比色法检测SOD活性、MDA的含量。 结果 A组心肌细胞中HSP70 的含量均明显低于B组 (p <0 .0 5 )。缺血、再灌注时段SOD活性B组高于A组、MDA含量A组高于B组 (p <0 .0 5 )。 结论  口服乳酸菌素片能上调HSP70 的表达并增强抗缺血 /再灌注损伤的心肌保护作用。 Objective To detect whether lactobacillus could increase the expression of HSP70 in the myocardial cells and enhance the role of myocardial preservation. Methods This study enrolled 26 cases with cyanosis congenital heart disease that had an operation in their hearts. they were randomly divided into two groups: placebo(group A), lactobacillus ( group B).The specimens of myocardium in right atrium were attained at 0min ischemia,20min ischemia and 20min reperfusion. They were used to detect the content of HSP 70 by immunohistochemistry and test activation of SOD and content of MDA by chemochromatometry. Results The contents of HSP 70 of group A were significantly decreased compared to those of group B (p<0.05). The activation of SOD was significantly decreased and the contents of MDA were significantly increased in group A during the time of ischemia/reperfusion compared to those in group B (p<0.05). Conclusion Oral administration of lactobacillus could increase the expression of HSP70 and enhance the ability of resisting ischemia/reperfusion injury in the myocardial cells of cyanosis congenital heart disease.
