摘要 目的  探讨慢性低氧高二氧化碳对大鼠支气管血栓素合酶 (TXS)基因表达的影响。 方法  采用原位杂交等技术对支气管血栓素合酶基因表达进行定位研究。 结果  血栓素合酶基因在低氧高二氧化碳组大鼠各级支气管上皮细胞及平滑肌细胞中广泛表达。 结论  慢性低氧高二氧化碳诱导了大鼠支气管血栓素合酶基因的表达。 Objective To explore the influence of hypoxic hypercapnia on Thromboxane synthase (TXS) gene expression in rat bronchi. Methods The TXS gene expression was observed in rats bronchi by the technique of in situ htbridization. Results The expression of TXS gene in the epithelia and the smooth muscle cells of bronchi was much higher in rats of hypoxic hypercapnia group than those of control group. Conclusion The expression of TXS gene in bronchi was induced by chronic hypoxia and hypercapnia.
