感觉统合训练治疗注意缺陷多动障碍患儿的临床研究

摘要 目的  探讨感觉统合训练治疗注意缺陷多动障碍的疗效及可能机理。 方法  选择 110例注意缺陷多动障碍患儿 ,仅给予感觉统合训练。于治疗开始前及治疗后第 2、4、8、12周末进行Conners多动指数和儿童感觉统合能力评定。 结果  治疗前Conners多动指数为 (18.4± 4.2 )分 ,治疗后下降值为 (8.8± 4.7)分 ,治疗后的感觉统合能力增加值分别为 :前庭功能 (7.9± 5 .8)分、触觉防御 (8.7± 6.8)分、本体感 (8.2± 7.3 )分、学习能力 (6.8± 4.4)分。感觉统合训练后患儿的Conners多动指数下降值和儿童感觉统合能力增加值均呈显著正相关 (P <0 .0 1)。 结论  感觉统合训练可通过纠正患儿的感觉统合能力低下而改善注意缺陷多动障碍的症状。 Objective To explore the efficacy and possible mechanism of sensory integration(SI) training on children with attention deficient hyperactivity disorder(ADHD). Methods 110 children with ADHD were selected. All the children were given only SI training and were followed-up for 12 weeks. All the children were evaluated with the Conners hyperactivity questionnaire and the sensory integrating function tests before treatment and at the end of the 2, 4, 8 and 12th week after treatment. Results The hyperactivity indexes in SI training were (18.4±4.2) before treatment and declined to (8.8±4.7) after treatment. The sensory integrating function tests were increase after treatment on vestibular function(7.9±5.8vs), tactile-kinesthesia(8.7±6.8), proprioception(8.2±7.3), and learning ability(6.8±4.4). For children with SI training ,the improvement of ADHD was positively correlated with the improvement of SI function(P<0.01). Conclusion SI training can improvement the symptoms of ADHD by correcting the children's low SI functioning.
